1.1 By accessing or using the phplus11 platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

2.3 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. phplus11 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player who has misrepresented their eligibility.

3.1 To access the full range of phplus11 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method.

3.2 You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phplus11. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password . You must notify phplus11 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 phplus11 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

3.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

4.1 phplus11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. phplus11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 phplus11 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.1 phplus11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.1 All games available on phplus11 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action or phplus11 intervention.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplus11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phplus11 staff, support agents, or other players;

9.3 phplus11's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phplus11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10.1 phplus11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent phplus11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
